Gift Giving Certificates cannot be used to purchase Gift Giving Package Deals, other Gift Giving Certificates, nor Discounted Packages.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not want the recipient of the gift certificate to receive their gift (via email) on the SAME DAY of your purchase, you can always write your email as the recipient email. Then you can forward it to their email on the day you would like them to receive it, or you can print the gift certificates and give it to them as a physical gift.
The gift certificate is valid for ONE year from date of purchase
Gift certificates cannot be returned for a refund.
Gift Certificates MUST be presented at time of service, no exceptions. If you forgot your gift certificate, you must pay for any services provided. Gift Certificate is NOT redeemable on our online shop.
A 3.2 percent transaction fee will be assessed on all card transactions.
Royal Salt Cave is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Certificates or for any Gift Certificates used without your permission. Risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates pass to purchaser upon completion of the transaction and delivery of Gift Certificate to purchaser. Except where prohibited by law, Gift Certificate may not be returned, redeemed for cash or credit, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
