As you enter the room, you’ll notice a refreshing blend of eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils, selected to help support open, clear airways. During the 45-minute session, you may sit back or recline in one of our zero-gravity chairs while the halotherapy generators disperse a pharmaceutical-grade saline solution into the air. Breathe slowly and deeply as the mineral-rich saline air circulates throughout the space, helping to clear the airways and encourage easier, more comfortable breathing.
