APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Effective October 1, 2018, we will require a credit card to book an appointment. It will be held on file for that appointment and charged in case of cancellation (please see Cancellation Policy below). For all NEW or returning clients that have not done a Massage, Sauna, Facial, or Vitality Booth in more than a year, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. Please be considerate of your appointment time and arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to ensure a full session. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, time will be deducted from your appointment in order to not affect other client’s bookings. All of our massages and facial include a total of 10 (ten) minutes of time to allow for consultation and dressing which occurs pre- and post-massage/facial.

 

To maintain the highest standards of safety and service quality, clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of their session. Clients under the age of 18 are welcome to participate in a salt cave session; however, the appointment must be reserved as a private session and attended with a parent or legal guardian present.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It is our desire to be fair to our clients and our therapists equally. As such, we have adopted the following cancellation policy:

You may cancel without charge up to 24 hours preceding your scheduled appointment. If you prepaid a deposit for your appointment, it will be held on your account for future use.

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”.  No-shows will be charged the full amount of the “missed” appointment.
